  Our camera needed the lens cleaned on the inside. I contacted United to see if they could help us out. Quoted from their email:
  
  "I would recommend sending the camera for an inspection to see if we can clean the device and we will reach out to you and provide the estimate in 24 hours. When sending in the camera please include a note with your name and information and the issue you are having. Please use a box for shipping and obtain a tracking number on your package."
  
  Once they received the camera they contacted us and told us they no longer work on that model - even though they knew that info before we sent it to them. Waste of time and money.
